Built to FIT
Our practice is and always has been about FIT. Before all else, we value family, integrity and trust. These are not just words on a wall you read in someone’s office. FIT is the bedrock for the advisor-client relationship and what it means to put you first.
Values We Adhere to:
Family
Investing is personal. As such, we like to get to know you beyond the numbers. You deserve an advisor who treats you and your investments like family. Someone that appreciates who and what matters most to you. As a multi-generational family ourselves, we are proud to extend our support to other families. We understand that your financial situation is unique, so we treat you as an individual, not just an extension of your family.
Integrity
Communication between advisor and client is confidential. We never share any information discussed or exchanged outside our team. You can also feel confident knowing we are transparent and do our due diligence. That typically involves asking questions, leveraging our firm’s industry-leading research* and expertise, and considering a variety of strategies before making a recommendation. If we ever see a suitable investment opportunity or potential conflict, you hear from us right away. We strive to get it right 100% of the time but realize that mistakes can occur. If that happens, we acknowledge it and where possible, make the correction.
*Greenwich Associates' 2020 surveys of North American Equity Investors. Surveys conducted with 91 small-cap and mid-cap fund managers and 228 U.S. buyside trading desks that use electronic trading, respectively. Rankings for qualitative metrics based on leading research firms in surveys.
Trust
Having “grown up” in the financial services industry, our team has known what it means to analyze stocks and portfolios from a young age. With an early passion for the financial world, we have and continue to expand our knowledge today. Being a trusted investment expert is a badge we wear proudly. Not only do clients trust our expertise, but so does the public. For the last four decades and counting, Sheldon Rosenberg has been interviewed by Fox2 News and WWJ-Radio for his market opinions. During the highs and lows, we have been there to guide our clients. Be it the ’87 stock market crash, 9/11 or the ’08-09 recession, together we have withstood the test of time.

Step 1
Engagement
Upon meeting a member of our team, we get to know each other personally. Then, you get the opportunity to discuss your financial situation, goals, values and risk tolerance. You learn more about the types of clients we work with, our investment process and the service we provide. Finally, we recap the key points, giving you a chance to ask any questions you have.
Step 2
Education
Next, you meet our Senior Partners, become familiar with us personally as well as our background as advisors. You also learn about our investment philosophy and together, we share expectations for the advisor-client relationship.
Step 3
Empowerment
Based on the previously provided information, we develop a customized financial plan. We present the strategies behind the plan and review the details together. You will get to ask us anything, plan-related or not.
Step 4
Execution
Once we are on the same page and agree this relationship is a mutual fit, we open your account. Next, we provide any client information you need, implement your plan and invest accordingly. Together, we establish a cycle for reviewing your account with you. When that time comes, we meet to discuss the performance of your investments, any opportunities or changes related to your plan. Oversight is continuously provided to you and your account.
